Information you share

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional business contact information, selected products, requirements and any file you choose to attach. This information is used to respond to your request.

Saved selections

Your product selections and form draft are stored in your browser so you can continue later. You may clear selections on the contact page or remove site data in your browser. They do not synchronize across devices.

Inquiry records

Submitted requests and attachments are stored by this website. When email delivery is available, the inquiry is forwarded to info@ligointl.com. The form confirms that your request has been saved. Email notifications are processed separately; saved does not mean an email has been delivered.

Optional visit measurement

When enabled by this website, page activity and campaign sources are recorded automatically unless you turn analytics off in this browser. These records include the request IP address, approximate IP region, device/browser information, visited public pages and estimated visible-page time. They do not collect your form name or email and are retained for up to 90 days after last activity. Records are available only to administrators. Turning analytics off stops new visit reporting. IP region does not establish your actual location; technical server request logs are separate.

Google Analytics 4

When configured, Google Analytics loads automatically unless you have turned analytics off in this browser. It measures page views, product views, additions to inquiry selections, contact clicks and successful inquiry submissions. Our custom events do not include your form name, email, phone number, message or attachment. Google may process browser, device, cookie and network information according to its privacy practices. Admin and private selection pages are excluded. You can turn analytics off below. This stops subsequent analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Your preference applies to this browser and does not delete data already collected.

Product assistant

If enabled, the assistant saves questions and answers with your agreement. Catalog search is identified separately from AI-generated answers. When AI is configured, your question and matching public catalog facts are sent to OpenAI for processing; inquiry forms and contact details are not automatically attached. Avoid entering private information and verify important specifications with Lily.
