Outdoor Furniture Sourcing: Your Questions Answered
Answers about model selection, samples, customization, delivery, documents and replacement planning.
Can I send an inquiry before choosing specific models?
Yes. Tell us whether you are sourcing for resale or a project, the type of outdoor space, approximate quantities and your destination. Reference images or a layout can help explain your preferred direction. Models and configurations can be discussed as your brief develops.
Why should I request a quotation instead of relying on a listed price?
A useful quotation needs a defined product and order scope. Model, quantity, frame and upholstery configuration, packing and delivery terms can affect the amount being quoted. Send your requirements so the quotation can identify what is included and which details still need confirmation.
What is the MOQ? Can I place a trial order or combine models?
Order requirements depend on the selected models, configuration and any customization. Share your proposed quantity for each model and identify any trial-order or mixed-model request. Ask Lily to confirm the applicable MOQ, price and packing arrangements before proceeding.
Can I request OEM / ODM or project-specific customization?
LiYoung welcomes discussions about OEM / ODM requirements. Share drawings or references and specify which details must remain fixed: dimensions, materials, finishes, upholstery, branding or packing. Feasibility, development scope, costs, samples and order requirements are confirmed for the individual request.
Can I review samples before placing an order?
Tell Lily whether you need a complete furniture sample, a material swatch or a finish sample. Availability, sample configuration, fees, preparation time and shipping are confirmed separately. For customized products, agree on the approval method and record the accepted specification before bulk production.
Are cushions, tables and accessories included in the product image price?
A product or setting image does not define the quotation scope. Check the itemized list for each model and quantity, including cushions, tables, connecting parts and umbrella bases where relevant. If a detail matters to your order, have it included in the written specification.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Arrival planning should allow for specification approval, any sampling, production, inspection, shipping and destination handling. Share the date you need the furniture at the site and identify any fixed opening date. Ask Lily to confirm the proposed schedule, its starting conditions and the delivery scope for your order.
Can I discuss a project without a complete furniture specification?
Yes. Start with the setting, approximate purchasing scope, destination and target timing. Add a layout or reference images if available, and explain priorities such as seating capacity, appearance, movement or storage. The project team should verify site dimensions, access and installation requirements before final approval.
How do I check suitability for coastal, poolside or commercial use?
Describe the exposure, usage frequency, cleaning routine and any project testing requirements. Suitability must be checked against the exact model, material configuration and supporting documents. An outdoor or commercial category label alone does not establish resistance to salt, pool chemicals, heavy use or wind.
What should I confirm to help keep the bulk order aligned with the approved sample?
Record the model, dimensions, configuration, finish and upholstery references, included parts, packing and agreed acceptance criteria. Keep approved samples or identified reference records where practical, and document subsequent changes. Agree on inspection scope and timing before production; sample approval alone does not replace a defined inspection plan.
Does the quotation include freight and import costs?
Check the stated delivery terms and named location. Ask which transport, insurance, destination handling, import charges and local delivery costs are included or excluded. Provide your destination country and port or address so the responsibilities can be discussed clearly. Import requirements should be checked with your appointed logistics or import specialist.
What should I confirm about packing, loading and handling?
Ask for packing details for the selected configuration, including package dimensions and weights when available. Confirm assembly status, package identification and any special handling needs. Check that the receiving site can accommodate the packages and any equipment required for unloading. Loading quantities depend on the final product mix and packing plan.
Can you provide test documents and warranty information?
Tell Lily which documents and warranty terms your project requires. Availability and applicability need confirmation for the exact product, configuration, document holder and destination. Request the relevant documents for review and confirm any warranty coverage, exclusions and claim procedure in writing before ordering.
How should I plan for replacement cushions or parts?
Raise replacement needs during the initial quotation. Ask whether the selected model's cushion covers, cushions or relevant parts can be supplied separately, and confirm references, order requirements and expected availability at that time. Keep model and configuration records for future inquiries; long-term availability should not be assumed without agreement.
Can I arrange a factory and showroom visit?
Contact Lily to discuss a visit to Foshan. Share your preferred dates, number of visitors and the models or materials you want to review so the arrangements can be confirmed in advance. Ask for the current meeting address and appointment details before travelling.
What information should I include in my first inquiry?
Start with model numbers or the intended setting, estimated quantities, destination and target arrival date. Add material preferences, a budget range or sample requirements if known. You can send an initial brief before every detail is decided; tell us which points are still open.
